A-level is a program for students preparing for entering universities of Great Britain. The certificate, received at the end of the course, frees the entrant from passing additional entrance examinations. A-level is called the "gold standard" of British school education.

The program is taught in most colleges and schools in the country. Its structure, academic organization is the same for all educational institutions. The peculiarity of A-level is that the emphasis of teaching here is placed on the depth and intensity of the study of subjects, which are determined by the choice of the further sphere of the student's activity.

The program is designed for 2 years of study. In the first year students are invited to study at least 4 priority subjects. On the second - three. Students entering the A-level course are initially focused on a certain specialization. At the university, they will subsequently deepen their knowledge of the priority disciplines. When choosing items, it is recommended to pay attention to the academic balance. Some disciplines of the A-level course partially repeat each other. The high school program ensures successful entry into the world's leading universities.

Do you offer finishing school or etiquette classes?

(27.01.2022)
My wife and I came to the company for a consultation to choose a school in Europe. We'd heard a lot about Swiss schools from acquaintances whose children had studied there or gone to camps. But we didn't really understand how everything worked there. Thanks to our manager Daria for explaining everything to us in detail, in simple terms. During the consultation, she suggested several preliminary options. Afterwards, the manager proposed considering a few more options, taking into account the preferences we'd developed after the consultation. Brillantmont appealed to both us and our child immediately. The school has so many pluses: location, small classes, extracurricular activities. With Smart Products and Services help, our child started at the school in 2019. He studied there for 2 years, then we transferred him to a school in the US for the final 2 years because he wanted to finish high school there in order to apply to an American university later. He often recalls his time studying in Switzerland. He kept many friends and still keeps in touch with teachers from the school.

We sent our daughter to camp way back in 2018. Now I came across this school again on the Smart Products and Services website and decided to write a few words about our experience, since I see there isn't much information about the school out there. The level of psychological comfort and the living conditions were also important to us, as our child had certain health-related challenges. I also want to express huge gratitude to Smart Products and Services for being so attentive to our requests and finding the right option. Our requirements, I repeat, were quite specific — we needed separate accommodation, special care, and staff assistance. The school fully accommodated all our needs. Honestly, we had doubts and worries when we sent our daughter to the program. But the staff did an excellent job. Our child also really enjoyed the program itself. Very interesting excursions. She was also able to improve her English a bit. If comfort and attentive care for your child matter to you, Brillantmont is a perfect fit!
