Antonie I. (Feedback on a trip to a language school in Ireland)

In January of this year, our family began planning a trip for our daughter to an English-speaking country to complete her IELTS exam during the summer holidays.

First we had to choose the company that would help us implement these plans. There are quite a lot of offers on the Internet now for the organization of training abroad. I turned to the 5 that seemed the most suitable. Someone promised to choose options, call back - and did not call back. Someone was playing for time by providing empty and useless information. Someone voiced astronomical amounts for us. And so I managed to contact a representative of Smart Products and Services. I received a call from Polina, she listened carefully to our wishes and selected the option of studying at the CES language center in Dublin, with the opportunity to take the exam itself at its site after 10 days of training. Of course, preparing for the exam took more than one year, at school and university, with a tutor and on my own. These last classes in Ireland were supposed to be, so to speak, the "icing on the cake" before taking the IELTS. Polina took care of all the organizational preparations, prepared a contract, corresponded with the language school, discussing all the details.

Everything was prompt, clear, competent and professional. When we paid for the course of study and the exam fee, Polina "transferred" us to Valeria, a specialist to coordinate the visa process. She helped us with the translation of all documents into English, the collection of the necessary certificates, the preparation of the visa application form and other materials. My daughter applied for a visa in May.

The most difficult time came when the travel dates came and there was still no visa... It was a serious test for all of us. Now it is even difficult to say who was more worried - our family or the wonderful employees of Smart Products and Services. Everyone was nervous. We monitored the website of the Embassy of Ireland, waited for information about the issuance of a passport every minute, but... the deadline passed, and there was no visa...

We were in touch with the coordinators 24/7. Everyone was very worried. Without Polina's moral and informational support, it would not have been possible to endure this seemingly endless waiting time. Polina was constantly in touch with the school, reissued the invitation from the host party twice, changing the dates, agreeing on the next dates of arrival for training. And all the time she promptly answered our questions, acting very kindly and with understanding in such a difficult situation. As a result, the dates of the trip were postponed from mid-July to early August.

But they still gave me a visa!! It was truly the happiest moment for all of us. Several months of work were not in vain, all efforts were not in vain. We were very lucky that we listened to Valeria's advice and did not take plane tickets for July in advance.

The trip went great! The host family - an elderly married couple - very hospitably received a guest from Moldova. Two other CES students also lived there - from Japan, 22, and Italy, 34. The grandson of the hostess, 19 years old, became not only a companion to everyone, but also a guide who showed the students the beautiful places of Dublin and its surroundings. The study group included representatives of Italy, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Spain. The focus of the classes was both academic and creative, the atmosphere was very friendly, everyone easily found a common language, they were happy to communicate both during the lessons and after them. On weekends, the school organised trips to coastal towns near Dublin. 2 weeks flew by unnoticed. Our daughter made new friends from around the world, joined the family traditions of Ireland, advanced her knowledge of the English language through continuous communication, successfully passed the exam and received an overall score of 7.0. It was really an invaluable experience!

Modern technologies allowed me, being in Kishinev, to contact representatives of Smart Products and Services in Kazakhstan, which was very productive and fast. Our whole family is infinitely grateful for the help in organizing the trip to Polina and Valeria, whose high professionalism allowed the trip to come true, and unfailing goodwill supported us in the difficult moments of waiting for a visa. So, it has been proven in practice: Smart Products and Services can be trusted with your plans, wherever you live.
